Nearly 40 Feared Trapped As Under-Construction Tunnel Collapses In Uttarakhand, Rescue Underway

An under-construction tunnel in Uttarkashi district, Uttarakhand, collapsed on Saturday night. At least 36 workers are feared to be trapped inside. The rescue operation is expected to take 2-3 days to complete.
