An 3-hour immersive choral meditative piece using a mixture of composed music and natural recordings. Use this as an aid to relaxation, to help you study, for mindfulness, to help you sleep, and for your own mental wellbeing. Share it with friends or loved ones to give a collective sense of wonder at the glory or nature.

Take a walk through a Somerset wood in Spring, with the sounds of the woodland all around you. The wild birds are in full chorus. The early spring flowers are coming through. Sunlight is dappling the forest floor. You can choose to walk through the woods, or sit and rest for a while. It is a perfect location to gather your thoughts and let any stresses or worries fall away from you. You can smell wild garlic in this glorious secret place. As you walk up through the woods, the afternoon sun is calling you forward until you break out of the woods at the top of the valley into a wide-open sky and a stunning panorama over the land.

The live sounds and visuals were recorded in Somerset in April 2021, just as the UK was emerging from lockdown.
