How to Zero Waste Grocery Shop?

Easy like a Sunday morning, there's one thing I have to do on Sundays. The only thing that can make me put on pants, pack up the cart and create a to-do list.

GROCERY SHOPPING! (Not as excited as I am?) I sort of NEED eagerness about taking a trip to the market or else it would be extremely dreadful, because there's a bit of preparation before and after that can make or break your trip.
