[Mark] Hi everybody, this is Mark Saunders with Saunders Realty. I am at 233 Timberline Ridge Court, here in the Deacon Ridge neighborhood. I have a two bedroom two bath condo that's going up for rent. Give you a quick shot of the neighborhood. Right up the street here is the little traffic circle. We're in Deacon Ridge just down the road from Wake Forest University, matter of fact, Wake Forest's bus system comes right through there into the traffic circle. So two bedroom, two bath condo.
