Nick Reiner, accused of killing his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner was reportedly taken off suicide ahead of his scheduled arraignment on Wednesday.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Reiner no longer has to wear a suicide prevention smock -- which mainly prevents inmates from hanging themselves. TMZ's sources say it's standard operating procedure to remove the smock whenever an inmate does not attempt suicide for a 2-week period.
