Public Opinion Will Have Influence on Any Leader – Zelenskyy in Iceland

During the press-conference in Iceland, President Zelenskyy was asked a question whether the U.S. support for Ukraine will shrink depending on who of the candidates takes lead in the upcoming November elections. The answer was quite optimistic, stating that public opinion and inner unity in Europe will be the basis of Ukrainian defense in any case. Also, Zelenskyy considers that bipartisan and public support for Ukrainian defense against the aggressor will continue to be after the elections.
