Shrikhand is a delicious and simple dessert recipe made with thick yogurt flavored with
mishri/sugar/jaggery, nuts and cardamom. Some would call it sweetened yogurt, but
shrikhand is much more than that.

Tips:
*Make sure to use fresh thick and creamy curd.
*The amount of sugar depends on the sourness of curd.
*Sugar can be replaced with jaggery powder or mishri powder.
*You can add dry fruits of your choice.
*Shrikhand recipe tastes great when served chilled.
*You can use additional flavours of mango, kesar, chocolate and many more.

Hung curd process:
Tie fresh thick curd tightly in muslin or cheese cloth.
Hang and eave this hanging for at least 3 hours.
Untie the twine around the pouch.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and use.

Ingredients:
Hung curd- 250 gm
Mishri powder- 3 tsp
Vanilla essence- 2 drops
Rose water- 2 drops(optional)
Cardamom powder- ¼ tsp
Jaggery- 3 tsp(optional)
Nuts- as needed
