PayMate, a market leader in B2B payments, re-filed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) with the Stock Exchange Board of India(SEBI) in January 2023.

So, let's see the company's future outlook and its upcoming IPO!

PayMate is a leading provider in B2B payments for enterprises and SME across supply chains. PayMate has a presence in South Asia (India) and UAE and is actively expanding across CEMEA and APAC.

During the pandemic, over 80% of businesses have faced difficulty in managing their cash flows as they were delayed and unpredictable. While Paymate’s full-stack payment automation platform processed over $130 million GST payments monthly during the pandemic year through bank-issued Visa commercial cards.

Recently, PayMate India Ltd got the final authorization from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to become an online payment aggregator and received the green light from SEBI to launch an IPO.

So, let’s have a look at its financials,
FY2023 revenue is INR 1,352 Cr. Vs. 1,209 Cr. in the PY which is a growth of 12%
PAT is -56 Cr.
And the EPS for 2023 is Rs. -9.7

With outstanding shares of approx 5.8 Cr., their market cap at the current share price stands at 2,595 Cr.

Coming to its shareholders, the majority of the stakes are Ajay Adiseshan with 34%, Lightbox Ventures I with 31%, Probir Roy with 11%, Uma Vishvanathan and Dhruv Singh at 7% each among many others.
