About Sacral Chakra
Chakras are written about in both Vedic scripture and Traditional Chinese Medicine: energy wheels that channel life-force energy to support and connect our physical, mental and spiritual being. The 7 core Chakras are aligned along our spine, the home of our nervous system.

Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana) is connected to our lower back, abdominal region and our reproductive system; the element of Water and our ability to connect with the sweetness of life.

Sacral Chakra imbalances or stagnation are commonly manifested:
physically as dis-eases in our lower back, abdomen, bladder, genitalia e.g. menstrual disruption, UTI
mentally as excessive boundaries, or addiction
emotionally and spiritually we may experience troubles with loved ones stemming from our own attitude
