The Hakko FX-972 Dual-Port Soldering Station is a next-generation high-performance 200W soldering station that supports a wide range of new handpieces. With a minimal footprint design, the FX-972 allows multiple units to be stacked to conserve bench space and includes a new easy-to-read display that is more than 3 times larger than previous Hakko stations.

Re-designed to be intuitive with new features such as an IR auto offset when using the FG-100B Tip Thermometer or FG-101B Station Tester, a preset mode that allows easy selection of up to 5 user programmable presets, 3-letter passcode lock for process control, and user selectable sleep temperature.

The HAKKO FX-972 also includes a USB interface that allows the station to be set up, controlled, and monitored from a PC using the HAKKO Control Software that is included with the station.
