Bernardo Moya (The Best You) interviews David Smallwood (Addiction Consultant), Alastair Campbell (Author and Broadcaster) and Richard Bandler (Co-Creator of NLP) about their personal stories of how they battled an addiction and share tips and techniques for overcoming problems with alcohol, smoking, drugs and work stress.

David Smallwood has worked as the treatment director in two rehabilitation clinics, as the manager of the addiction unit at the Priory hospital North London, and worked as clinical director of the Kusnacht Practice in Switzerland. He has suffered from alcoholism in his early life and still attends sessions at Alcoholics Anonymous.

Alastair Campbell is an author, journalist and broadcaster.He has talked openly about his alcoholism and depression and how he overcame his breakdown.

Richard Bandler is an author and trainer in the field of self-help. He is best known as the co-creator of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), a methodology to understand and change human behavior-patterns. He talks here about how he quit smoking.
