1/4 onion
3 garlic cloves
Chile árbol
1/2 tsp ground cumin and oregano
2 tsp chicken or beef bouillon
2 lbs thin sliced steaks; flank or top round
3 small diced potatoes
1 small onion;cut into strips
Salt and BP to taste
