[Guide Below!] Since this is difficult to navigate, I figured it could be useful to have a video solution, but here are some descriptions of how to get through it, labeled by the order:
Avoid ghost in center of room.
move to far wall and avoid the one ghost you see spawn
Stay in center of carpet to avoid all ghosts.
Hug either wall to avoid ghosts (Upper wall seems easier)
Stay on carpet to avoid ghosts
Avoid ghost in center of courtyard, then stay in middle of bridge..which is tough. Strategy below:

The best strategy I have found is to first run above the courtyard ghost, unlike what I did in the video. Then, as you are moving through the overhang, position your finger just above the bottom of your first medal, but you must drag there otherwise you will just tap it. You can see around the general area where I held my finger while running. However, this isn't fool proof, but is an excellent point of reference. Use this to focus your movements more and only shift movement slightly so you stay centered on the bridge. You will be more likely to run into one of the ghosts on the lower side of the bridge with this method than the upper side.

Run against upper wall
Keep to lower path first, till you get to the tree at the second small fork in the road near the end of the section. Maneuver just above the white rose, but not too far as there is a hidden ghost not far above it.
