calling the chrysler recall center, after being told i would get a rental until they could fix my deadly airbag defect, they tried to go takebacks and offer me a replacement of the airbag with the same exact defective airbag with the reasoning that at least it will be newer.

i talked to these two clowns at the chrysler recall center. this series of phone calls involved me being on hold for 3 hours. once one of the agents hung up on me, and then the other making up lies about what is in their "regulations", i wanted to talk to their supervisor.

this is AMY FROM CHRYSLER (FCA) RECALL CENTER, stonewalling me so that i cant talk to their supervisors. this went on for hours.

i edited this down from a 25 minute video which was an edit down of the last 90 minutes of my time on the phone with chrysler's recall center.

Amy makes up "regulations" that keep me from speaking to the supervisor, and then later admits they aren't real

i bet amy that her supervisor is standing next to her listening to this whole phone call right now and then you can hear her supervisors and/or co-workers break out in laughter and giggling

i ask amy what her bosses boss' name and contact info was and she said she didnt know who that was, and then says later that the person she doesnt know doesnt work in the same building

amy goes full robot mode, and starts to answer any question i ask with the sentence "one business day sir". it's almost like she went "la la la la i cant hear you."
