Starsky & Hutch -S3E6- 18 Wheels of Trouble

Season 3, Episode 6.
Kiley is about to run and Starsky and Hutch must nab him before he gets past the city limits.

The final episode of the game. Considerably easier than the previous one.

So Kiley gets away if he reaches city limits? This guy staged a prison break, he is apparently an international arms dealer (or at least some sort of an arms dealer), he tried to kill a senator AND he tried to blow up the entire Bay City.
And so, they send two cops after his truck and army of henchmen. No cops waiting at the city limits, no cops even waiting infront of his warehouse? And he's free if he just gets to the city limits?

Well, can't blame them. Considering that Starsky is the only cop with a driving license and Hutch is the only cop who even knows what a gun looks like, this is the best bet. The others in this town suck ass and only help the crooks get away, so perhaps the world of Starsky & Hutch is actually a post-apocalyptic one. Criminals run free in the outside world and nothing can stop the anarchy that has destroyed every hint of a civilized human society. Bay City is a regular paradise, the last haven for law-abiding citizens, as not every town have their own Starsky and Hutch to stop the evil from infiltrating their city.
