We’ve got an intense New Moon coming up on the 6th in 12 degrees Scorpio - the most intense sign of the zodiac. What makes this lunation extra cray is that it’s caught in the crosshairs of the big Saturn/Uranus square going on this year. New Moons are times of new beginnings, and in the sign of Scorpio, the theme of these new projects and activities could be your finances, security, and research into something. Now with Saturn and Uranus in there, we should expect a rocky start because Saturn can represent blockages and Uranus represents sudden, unpredictable events. So there may be some sudden restrictions that pop out of nowhere early on this month which might be super annoying.

What’s even crazier is that Uranus will be closest to earth this month then it will be all year, AND on the exact day as the New Moon on the 6th! When planets are closest to earth, their influence on us becomes magnified. So what’s that going to feel like with Uranus? Well Uranus is the planet of sudden, unexpected events. It’s also an individualistic planet that likes to do things it’s own way than following the herd. So I would say that you should expect the unexpected earlier this month, especially regarding food, money and security which are ruled by Taurus - the sign Uranus is currently traveling through. Also be weary of your technological devices, because when Uranus gets close to earth, it can really shake up our power grids, and there may be more outages than usual.
