Canyon Spectral:ON CF8 | Himos Epic 2022

Himos Epic is one of the most challenging MTB races in Finland. During the race, approximately 15 off-road special stages are ridden over two days, and the total time on these stages determines the placement in the final results. I had previously participated in the race four times on a traditional mountain bike, but this year, I had access to the Canyon Spectral:ON CF8, so I was eager to test what it would be like to ride an eMTB at the event.

The video includes only the riding sections, nothing else. On special stage 13, a spoke on the rear wheel broke, so I rode the remaining sections with extra caution. During the editing phase, there was a mistake with the on-screen text for stages 14-15, but the subtitles provide the correct information.
