We all have experienced cravings at some point in our life. Cravings are oftentimes associated with negative feelings, such as guilt, shame, or inadequacy. However, cravings can also offer us an insight into our physical and emotional well-being. In this video I am addressing some of the common reasons we experience cravings and how to deal with them.
Cravings are oftentimes caused by:
nutritional imbalance
addiction
allergy
habits
gut imbalances
emotions
childhood and how food was presented to us.

The different causes need a different approach, which I'm briefly explaining too.
