How to Save $700 on a Ballast Bypass LED Conversion

Описание к видео How to Save $700 on a Ballast Bypass LED Conversion

I convert several HID fixtures at my church over to line voltage LED Lamps. It's called a ballast bypass LED conversion. Most electricians know about this but a lot of them would rather just put in a new fixture. This simple conversion will save over $700 a year on electric costs to run the lights and it is far cheaper than replacing the entire fixture. Here's the report:

The video may be boring, but hopefully this will save you lots of money on your electric bill. Remember to check the voltage of the lamps and the fixture before you attempt this. You can convert most HID fixtures as long as your socket is the same size as the LED lamps you are using. There are adapters you can buy if you are converting from a mogul base to a regular base lamp or vise versa. You can convert High Pressure Sodium, Mercury Vapor, Metal Halide and Fluorescent fixtures. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for watching
