To prepare the batter, take a bowl and add 2 cups of Basan/chickpea flour along with half a cup of rice flour. Gradually whisk the ingredients together with water.
The ingredients required for this recipe are:
Basan Flour, Rice flour, water, Boiled Egg, onion, ginger paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwan, salt, and curry leaves/coriander. After adding all the ingredients, mix them well using a wooden spoon until you get a medium consistency batter (not too thick or thin) that can be used to dip the sliced boiled egg. Fry the egg until it gets golden brown outside. Enjoy it with tomato sauce or by itself.
