Ingredients:
1 cup sweet corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup bread crumbs
3 boiled potatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cheese powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon green onion
1/4 teaspoon chicken powder
3 teaspoon mayo
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine corn kernels, cheese, boil potatoes, salt, chicken powder, cheese powder, garlic powder, green onion, mayo and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
2. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer over medium heat.
4. Carefully drop the cheese corn balls into the hot oil, a few at a time, making sure not to overcrowd the skillet.
5. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove the cheese corn balls from the oil and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
