Is the Refreshed 2024 Acura #TLXtypes now a no-brainer pick over the hatchback little brother Integra in the lineup? Let's check out all the improvements in this night time review.

Every TLX receives enhanced styling with an updated frameless front grille and new wheel designs, and new standard technology includes a configurable 12.3-inch Acura Precision Cockpit Digital Instrument Cluster, a larger 12.3-inch center screen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Amazon Alexa Built-In.

TLX Type S receives standard premium technology including a Surround View Camera and 10.5-inch Head-Up Display.

Your TLX is finished in the new Urban Gray Pearl exterior color, which complements the aggressive styling on both TLX A-Spec and TLX Type S.

Already the quickest, best-handling all-wheel drive sedan in Acura’s 35-year history, TLX Type S delivers an even more exhilarating driving experience thanks to a retuned Sport+ mode with improved throttle response.

TLX’s sport sedan chassis and powertrains—namely, its exclusive platform with front double-wishbone suspension and electro-servo brake system, turbocharged engines, 10-speed automatic transmission, and Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (A-Spec, Type S)—carry over into the 2024 model year.

Raising the bar for sport sedans with enhanced styling, improved in-car technology and a quieter cabin, the refreshed 2024 Acura TLX begins arriving at Acura dealerships today with a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) starting at $45,0001. Now delivering more standard features, the simplified lineup includes the TLX with Technology Package, available A-Spec sport appearance package and line-topping high-performance TLX Type S.

All 2024 TLX models feature a new, more sophisticated front fascia with a frameless version of Acura's Diamond Pentagon Grille first seen on the Acura Type S Concept. Two exciting new paint colors are available: Urban Gray Pearl, which is available on TLX A-Spec and TLX Type S, and Liquid Carbon Metallic—which first debuted on the MDX—is available on TLX with Technology Package.

Inside, more advanced technology enhances TLX's cabin experience, with a new configurable 12.3-inch Acura Precision Cockpit ™ Digital Instrument Cluster and 12.3-inch center screen—20% larger than before—powered by a faster processor. Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility, a wireless charging pad, and TLX's first application of Amazon Alexa Built-In are all standard. Two USB-C charging ports also have been added to the rear of the center console for back-seat passengers. All TLXs apply thicker carpet for a quieter cabin.

The TLX with Technology Package (two-wheel drive only) is the new entry point into the TLX lineup and equips every TLX with premium styling and innovative technology features, including 19-inch wheels, Milano Leather seating, ELS STUDIO Premium Audio, and Iconic Drive™ ambient LED cabin lighting.

In addition to its blacked-out exterior treatment and A-Spec badges, TLX A-Spec delivers an even sportier appearance with new split-spoke 19-inch wheels finished in Shark Gray, large dual round exhaust finishers, and new gloss black rear spoiler. Standard torque vectoring Super Handling All-Wheel Drive™ pairs enhanced performance with TLX A-Spec's sportier appearance. For added refinement, TLX A-Spec also receives new front fender liners, wheel insulators, B-pillar insulators, and door insulators all reducing road noise for a quieter cabin.

The TLX Type S, already the quickest, best-handling all-wheel-drive sedan in the brand's 35-year history, delivers an even more exhilarating drive with improved throttle response in the Sport+ drive mode and additional tech features, including a 10.5-inch Head-Up Display (HUD) and Surround View Camera. TLX Type S retains its already aggressive styling while adding a new diamond pentagon grille mesh—which provides airflow to its exclusive Type S Turbo V6—and new 20-inch split-spoke wheel finished in Berlina Black.

Type S is further differentiated with an exclusive front splitter, rear decklid spoiler, rear diffuser, large quad exhaust outlets and red Brembo® 4-piston front brake calipers. High-performance summer tires mounted to lightweight Copper-finish Y-spoke 20-inch wheels first seen on the TLX Type S PMC Edition are available as dealer-installed accessories.
