Today we look at how to use a Vizelex Rhinocam sliding back on a classic Nagaoka 4x5 wooden field camera. By adding a 16MP Sony NEX-7 mirrorless camera we are able to create high-resolution images in the range of 100MP. The field camera gives the ability to use all the standard view camera movements while the sliding back eliminates distortion often found in large stitched panoramas. This is a very cost-effective alternative to a full-frame digital camera or back.
