Good Day Beloveds! Happy Wellness Wednesday!

This past week and a half has been one giant nudge from the universe. Someone I care about has been struggling with their MS, and it pulled me right back into the reason I started this whole journey. Long before aromatherapy became my lane, I actually found my way into natural health through Dr. Joel Wallach’s work and Youngevity. That search for something deeper is what eventually introduced me to the herbalist and aromatherapist who changed everything for me.

Then my accountability buddy reminded me about nutritional deficiencies, and I swear it felt like a bell went off. Sharing wisdom is my calling. Always has been. It’s my version of Social Work: helping people reconnect with their own healing.

And the icing on the cake? One of my Aroma-Sisters reached out to say she’s having her own full-circle moment. She’s returning to her platform for Composed Warriors https://composedwarriors.com/ as an Aromaspecialist, choosing not to beat herself up for what she didn’t do before and instead stepping forward from right now. Hearing her say that encouraged me, because honestly, same. I talk about health through essential oils way more than I actually talk about health in general, even though it’s all connected.

In my bio I mention that I “sprinkle” useful information throughout my YouTube videos, and this is one of those sprinkles that needed to land today. In this video, I’m sharing a chart inspired by Dr. Wallach’s books and teachings, along with some reflections on how nutritional deficiencies may relate to certain conditions.
