Roasted Jeera powder: 1 tsp

Dry Mango Powder : 1 tsp

Hot oil: 1 tbsp

Oil For frying

bhajiya Chatni Ingredients:

Khati Meethi Chutney:

Khajoor: 1/4 cup

imli: 1/4 cup

Gud: 1/4 cup

Coriander Seeds: 1 tbsp

Til: 2 tbsp

Grren Chilli: 2

Ginger: 1 inch

Garlic : 5 to 6

salt to taste

Red Chilli Powder: 2.5 tbsp

Green Chtni:

Green Chilli: 1 cup

Peanut: 1 cup

Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp

turmaric Powder: pinch

Hing: 1/2 tsp

salt to taste
