We have all made mistakes when trading. We may have traded too much or leveraged too much - whatever it may be - we have done it - but we shouldn't get stuck on it - you need to move in. Most traders and investors don't succeed because they don't remain in the game for long enough. Not everyone can make multi-millions from trading but there are plenty of people out there who can make a good living from it and there is place for you in that slot. What is important is to learn from your mistakes and try not to repeat your mistakes.

The next is to be honest with yourself about your trading. If you are not making money from trading, have the honesty to say so to yourself. If a strategy isn't working for you admit it.

Third, imagine the trader that you would like to become. Unfortunately, there is not much honesty in the industry with plenty of people pretending to be successful. So if you imagine becoming a swing trader stick to it and keep focused.
