The [RP48] Circle Tabata Program is a 48-count high-intensity rhythm performance program built on a fast and powerful 144BPM groove.
This program focuses on combining reaction steps and continuous jump sequences to develop agility, reaction speed, and core stability simultaneously.

A key feature of this program is the ability to maintain rhythm under unstable landing conditions, then instantly transition into the next movement.
Through this structure, athletes maximize instant response capability required in real sports environments, where balance, rhythm, and reaction must operate together under pressure.

• 144BPM high-speed rhythm for explosive performance
• Reaction step-based agility and speed control
• Continuous jump transitions under unstable conditions

🔸 KEY TRAINING BLOCKS

1) REACTION STEP–BASED SPEED & CENTER CONTROL
This block develops reaction speed and rhythm synchronization through fast reaction steps.
The ankle–hip linkage is trained to generate powerful propulsion while maintaining center control.
