In October 2019 we visited Big Thicket National Preserve not too far away from Houston, Texas. We did multiple hikes and saw very cute baby turtles and plants that eat insects!

We hiked Kirby Nature trail with Cypress loop and Pitcher Plant Trail with a bit of in and out on Turkey Creek trail.
