3:08 Tip #3: Sticking with the Leanest/leaner protein & lower carb vegetables.
3:27 Tip #4: Don’t forget those Healthy Fats!
4:04 Tip #5: Eat every 2-3 hours! Have a fueling within 30mins- 1 hour of waking up!
5:58 Tip #6: Hydrate! Drink at least 64oz water daily! 4 (16.9 fl.oz.) water bottles will get you there!
6:53 Tip #7: Be aware of Extras! Track condiments and optional snack! (Limit options)

Hi Friends! I started the OPTAVIA 5&1 Plan 14 weeks ago on Tuesday, February 9th, 2021 and am READY TO START TRANSITION! After weight loss, this is the second phase of the program. I wanted to share with you what a day looks like on Transition Week 5!
Week 5- What I eat in day is not perfect. This goes to show that everyday is not always how you want it to turn out. I had a termite issue in our home and missed a meal during the day. The goal is just to simply do the best you can!
These weekly vlogs are to keep me ACCOUNTABLE and show myself that I can do this! I reached a comfortable weight and I am ready to embark on my fitness journey!
