Bati is a Rajasthani bread made using whole wheat flour. It is served with dal and chutney and loads of ghee and is a delight to eat. Here is how to make Bati Recipe in oven.

Dal Bati:

2 cup wheat flour
1 cup semolina
1/2 tsp carom seeds(ajwain)
1/2 tsp cumin seed (jeera)
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp yogurt
Salt
2 tbsp ghee

Mix all ingredients well and with water form a semi tight dough.
Rest the dough for 30 min.
Preheat the oven on 350 degree F.
Till then knead the dough well. Make small baties. Place the Bati in a baking tray.
Bake it in preheated oven for 15 min. After 15 min turn the bati and bake the other side for 15 min. Check out if batis are nicely baked else bake more 5 to 8 min.

Now carefully take out the Batis and add ghee in it. Enjoy with garma garam Daal.
