To crop an image in Google Docs, first insert the image into your document by clicking Insert - Image and choosing your picture. Once the image is in your document, click on it to select it. You’ll see a toolbar with several icons above or below the image. Click the crop icon it looks like a square with diagonal lines through the corners. Drag the black cropping handles on the edges and corners of the image to select the area you want to keep. When you’re satisfied with the crop, press Enter or click outside the image to apply the changes. Cropping helps you focus on the important part of an image and improve your document’s layout.
