Grind Size : Comandante Red Clix 60 Clicks (coarse)/Normal 30 clicks
Ratio : 1:16 (200ml)
Water Temperatur : 90°c
Brewing Water : Aquacode 46ppm

35 – 75 – 150 – 200
Pouring Time
0.00 - 0.07 : 35gr Constant circle pouring
0.35 - 0.45 : 40gr Constant circle pouring small center area range
1.00 - 1.20 : 75gr Constant circle pouring small center area range
1.45 - 1.58 : 50gr Constant circle pouring small center area range
Total Brewing time 2.25

Has a smell of Blackberry, lavender slightly, berries, and currant slightly.

Use 2 different sensory cups :
Huskee Natural 6oz Cup : Red apple, blackberry, black tea at ending. Plum when cooled down. Smooth, balance, a little bit juicy, sweet after taste. Acidity more intense.
Huskee Black 6oz Cup : Red apple, strawberry, lavender slightly. Red apple intense when cooled down. Rounded mouthfeel, balance, sweet long after taste. Lavender after taste. Hint grapes.

Medium body, rounded mouthfeel, smooth, balance, juicy, sweet after taste. Acidity more intense with natural. But more rounded and sweet long after taste with black.
