StartEngine - 3 Reasons Not To Use This Funding Portal

Companies can now take investment money from almost anyone if they follow the government's crowdfunding rules. This means using a funding portal and there are many.

In this episode I look at StartEngine, a funding portal. I lay out 3 serious issues and why I cannot recommend it for a company wanting to do a crowdfunding campaign.

The crowdfunding industry MUST do a better job of making sure quality companies are showcased at reasonable terms.
