"Happy. I love to be happy and I'm sure you love to be happy or want to be happy too. I have a little mission, little challenge for you. That'll brighten your day. It'll brighten a friend's day, a relative's day, somebody you haven't talked to in years and years, it'll brighten their day. And it is such an easy thing to do. Less than two minutes. Sometimes less than a minute. I've had such great reaction from doing this. It made me happy. It made my friends happy and I'll tell you how to do it. Coming right up.

Good day, everybody. It's me, John Pullum with a mission, a challenge for you that is very, very easy to do. How many times have we been at a funeral for a friend or a loved one and heard people saying how special this person was, how wonderful this person was. And people say, I hope they knew how much they meant to me. Tell your friends, tell your family, tell that third grade teacher that you still keep in touch with how much you appreciate them, how much you love them, how much they mean to you while they're still alive. I know it's, it's sometimes difficult to do face-to-face it is. It feels awkward. Hey, I want to tell you something. I appreciate you. I love you. You know, thank you for every it's.

It's difficult at times to do that, but we have In the power of our hands, a smartphone. A smartphone that you can do things with that you can easily record a quick one minute video or longer, depending on how heartfelt you want to get. It's really so simple to make one of these videos and brighten someone's day. All you have to do is take your phone. As you can see, I've dropped this one, one too many times.

Take your phone, open up your photo app, set it to video mode, put your arm out, have it on a selfie stick, put it on the table. Hit that record button and tell your friend how much you appreciate them and how much they mean to you. Here's a quick example of something you could say, Maria, I appreciate you. I appreciate all that you've done for me. I appreciate you making me smile and happy. And, and even when times were tough and, and life was tough for you. You were always there to support me and others and make us smile and make us feel special. Thank you, Maria. Thank you for being my friend and a friend to so many others. I appreciate you. I love you. And I hope you have a great day.
