$12 Fountain Pen Shootout: Pilot Metropolitan vs Pilot Kakuno

Pilot Metropolitan ( https://amzn.to/2GHA0rm) compared to the Pilot Kakuno ( https://amzn.to/2H5D0gy ). Which is the best cheap fountain pen?

I like each of these pens: the Kakuno is super light and a lot of fun. The Metropolitan is classy and feels like a pen that costs $30.

Ultimately I prefer the Metropolitan because I prefer the heft and I like that it includes a converter, but you can't go wrong with either option!

Between the two I prefer the Sailor. It's a awesome every-day ink.
