📝 Ingredients:
1 bowl Maida (All-purpose flour) 🌾
Salt to taste 🧂
Black pepper powder 🌶️
Oregano 🌿
Chilli flakes 🔥
2 Boiled potatoes 🥔
Cheese (grated or cubes) 🧀
Water (as required) 💧
Kurkure Solid Masti (crushed, for coating) 😋
Oil (for deep frying) 🛢️
👩‍🍳 Method:
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, add maida, salt, black pepper powder, oregano, and chilli flakes 🌿🔥
2️⃣ Add mashed boiled potatoes 🥔 and mix well.
3️⃣ Add water little by little and knead into a soft dough.
4️⃣ Apply a little oil on your hands and make small balls from the dough.
5️⃣ Prepare a maida slurry by mixing maida with water (smooth consistency).
6️⃣ Dip each ball into the maida slurry 🥣.
7️⃣ Roll the balls in crushed Kurkure Solid Masti for crispy coating 😍
8️⃣ Deep fry the balls in hot oil until golden and crispy 🔥
9️⃣ Remove and place on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
