RAYMOND MILL
High Pressure Raymond Mill is mainly applied to processing Mohs hardness of 9.3 and humidity below 6% below thevarious non-explosive mineral materials processing, metallurgy, building materials, chemical, mining, highwayconstruction, water conservancy and hydro-power industry has a wide range of applications, is the processing of quartzK-feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc ceramics, marble, granite, dolomite, bauxite, iron ore, barite, bentonite, coal, activatedcarbon, coal and other kinds of materialsare ideal fineness of materials can be 0.198 mm 0.033 mm (80 mesh -425 mesh)between adjustments. Mill through a special device to produce 0.613 mm(30 mesh)coarse powder.


Grinding Production Line
Grinding production line is mainly composed of jaw crusher (or hammer crusher), bucket elevator, hopper, vibrationfeeder, mill main machine, fan, powder collector, dust catcher and other parts. When machine works, large materialswould be crushed by jaw crusher to fit the required feeding size of mil, crushed materials would be sent to hopperthrough the bucket elevator. The vibrating feeder which i s hang on bottom of hopper would send material to main milpart evenly. After being ground, the powder is selected by classifier via the air flow. The qualified powder is brought intothe powder collector. The powder comes out as end products through discharge valve on bottom, coarse powder thatdoes not meet the requirement would be returned to the grinding chamber for regrinding.
