TL;DW ignore the Elixir you can get through Artifact Extraction--use them to level existing artifacts.
I wanted my first video about Natlan to be focused on what I'm enjoying about version 5.0, but I felt the need to make this video because imo the average player would be wasting resources by feeding leveled artifacts into getting one sanctifying elixir per patch. You probably shouldn't do it.
