Dr. Manal Fakhoury understood the importance of communication skills, yet it was n't until recently that she was able to trace the deep emotional connection to her childhood. IN her passionate talk she explains why communication skills are no longer a soft skill but an essential skill, a fundamental skill, a must-have skill that can lead us to peace. Dr. Manal Fakhoury is the president and CEO of Fakhoury Leadership International and a Consultant Pharmacist. She is a passionate advocate for enriching her community, working with numerous non-profit and for-profit organizations. Manal has a personal development program in the prison system helping inmates reset their lives. Fakhoury believes that women must stand up and speak out for change within their own communities, and actively work towards achieving that change. She is dedicated to taking the cliché out of world peace and inspiring women across the world to work towards local service for global impact.
