I originally made this video for a friend of mine; to show him the ropes of big game hunting, but I thought the people of YouTube may also appreciate it.

As an advice: keep as many resources from your first round as you can, after you figure out which frog poison deals 30,000 Damage, make at least 12 spears (Phantasmal in this case) so you can use them throughout your session (Until the dinosaur flees).

⚔️ Hunting Setup:

To begin with you will need 3 vines (one per scorpion), and 4 logs.

Be wary of the grass patches and boundaries of the map, since these are your safe zones once the dinosaur closes in.

Start by building all scorpions first, it takes around "5 hits" to build (without any boosts from the shop).

Then proceed to arm them with the appropriate poison spear, it takes "5 hits" too without boosts.

Afterwards build the pressure plate, takes about "8 hits".

And add the corresponding bait to finish the hunt.

Also keep in mind you may get up to 3 dinosaurs in the same encounter, which can pretty difficult to manage but not impossible.
As another advice i suggest you use the freecam mode to study the patterns of the dinosaurs aswell as planning your gathering and escape routes in advance.
