Описание к видео Lessons from our “pre-modern” selves | Naida Culshaw | TEDxGEM

If someone read a book about you, what would it say? Finding a purpose has never been easy, yet businesses are now shifting towards seeking purpose and connecting with their community. It is never too late to think of how you want to be remembered by the people and organizations you've touched. You can start by writing your legacy letter.

Naida Culshaw is a lecturer in the department of People, Organization, Society in Grenoble Ecole de Management (France). She's also a workshop facilitator and coach for professional and personal projects (small groups, teams and individuals). Intercultural Management, Organizational Theory, and the rise of Social Entrepreneurship are among the subjects she explores in the classroom. As a facilitator and coach she encourages individuals to step back from their assumptions to better align their own intrinsic aspirations and directives. Her passion is to create learning environments designed to promote critical reflection, growth, and stretch-thinking.
