A USA-based junk removal & hauling business reached out to me to improve their Google Ads performance. Despite offering reliable services, they struggled with low lead volume, high costs, and wasted ad spend that wasn’t generating consistent calls.
❌ The Challenge
Before optimization, their campaigns were broad and poorly structured:

Only 12 conversions in one month
CPA (Cost per Acquisition): $40.44
Ad Spend: $485

Weak targeting, no clear call-focused ads, and little tracking data

The result: high costs, wasted clicks, and very few quality leads.
✅ My Strategy
To turn their ads into a conversion-focused system, I rebuilt campaigns from the ground up:
