TRYING A PISSARRO PLEIN AIR PANEL Rosario Head with Jon Bradham

In this video, I visit Rosario Head near Anacortes and Deception Pass in Washington. I find a lovely spot to paint a rock formation in the calm sea. It's a lovely, hot, sunny day and a great spot for plein air oil painting. I try a Pissarro oil primed linen panel and give my thoughts.
