H.E.R.O. is the second masterpiece that the console industry managed to produce in 1984, branded Activision and released for the 2600.
The game has no end and is organized in increasingly complex levels where the objective is to rescue the victim in danger. You can use the laser to hit the enemies, bombs to open the passages and a jetpack to fly. The constantly decreasing bar represents the time limit in which to complete the level, the bombs are counted, so it is necessary to choose the right passages to open, finally there are switches that if touched will turn off the lights and leave the game screen in the dark, another novelty of this game.

H.E.R.O. è il secondo capolavoro che l'industria delle console è riuscita a sfornare nel 1984, targato Activision e rilasciato per il 2600.
Il gioco non ha fine ed è organizzato in livelli sempre più complessi in cui l'obiettivo è soccorrere la vittima in pericolo. Si possono usare il laser per colpire i nemici, le bombe per aprire i passaggi e un jetpack per volare. La barra in decremento costante rappresenta il tempo limite in cui completare il livello, le bombe sono contate, quindi è necessario scegliere i passaggi giusti da aprire, infine vi sono interruttori che se toccati spegneranno le luci e lasceranno la schermata di gioco al buio, altra novità di questo gioco.
