This is a quick single night outing to the northwestern corner of Mt. Rainier National Park over the 4th of July holiday. The main objectives were to camp in the Spray Park cross-country zone, scramble as far as we wanted along Ptarmigan Ridge, and summit Observation Rock.

I took footage with my Go Pro but lost it when forced to reformat the memory card during the middle of this outing. The majority of this trip was filmed with my Nikon digital camera. This explains why the beginning is so out of the ordinary from the way I usually introduce a video - footage got erased and I had to make do with what I had. Enjoy.
