My first test with the mobolazer ML-10 was to try sweet and simple. I had an old 1 watt red diode laser laying around so I dropped it on the deck and ran it thru the rail. Looks great to me.
This was done in my home studio, a closed environment with no one else around. It is experimentation which is the lifeblood of the laser show world. take whats already done and expand on it, try different things that no one has thought of before and push the envelop and make something new. Without experimentation the shows become like a bag of Doritoes, triangular, same flavored chip after chip, same shape,never changing, pushing the start button on the show night after night same show over and over on the dam , dome, wall, club, whatever, year in , year out. Im having fun as an experimenter. As a Laserist, Im taking what Ive experimented with and turning it into something I will use at a show as a professional in the future.
