Summary

Stand feet together holding your partisan at the middle with your right hand, and the point of the partisan up. From here:

Turn your body left while stepping back with your right leg and pointing the partisan towards the ground on your left side.

Sink down and grab the partisan with your left hand just above your right hand.
Turn your body right while sliding your right hand down towards the heel of the partisan and moving your left foot next to your right foot.
Adjust your left hand as necessary and step forwards with the left foot.
