S.V. Cordioso at SWEEPS-11 unidentified structure

S.V. Cordioso - regno. 24048 encountered a constellation of three asteroids this morning, while analyzing energy density of cosmic rays around SWEEPS-11 in the constellation Sagittarius. On their way back to Starbase Salomo, three asteroids appeared on their radar. The Captain admitted "We were surprised, those asteroids weren´t there before when we made our way to SWEEPS-11."

The crew immediately marked the position of the asteroids and had an even bigger surprise realizing a strange structured object close to the asteroids. Navigator Marleen Xue said "There was only a slight energetic field on our radar, we couldn´t pick up the whole mass of the object until we drew closer. Our long-range scanners wouldn´t even detect its energy field."

The crew released a beacon-probe and made its way back to Starbase Salomo. According to engineer Amir Wilson, the S.V. Cordioso´s system can´t analyze such objects in detail. The S.V. Timotheus has already been assigned to do that job, it is currently under maintenance at Starbase Akça and will depart once all system were checked.
