DIY "The HumanSpider" cosplay shirt I have created for Kazzakhyle.

I tried to replicate the shirt as seen in the original Spider-Man (2002) movie!

Spider-Man logo template (A4) download:

I would recommend A4 size for a size small shirt.
And upscaled close to A3 when applying on a Medium - XL shirt.

Try printing samples of different sizes of the logo to get it scaled right to the movie.
The shirt in the video was a Large (AUS Size) with A4 Spider logo. It was a bit small compared to the shirt but it still looked great!
