Super late upload on this one and I can explain. You know how you have a vision of what your video is going to look like and then when it comes to editing and watching back on your footage, nothing turns out the way you imagined? Yeah, thats what happened with this one. I filmed so much on an old camera I found that I use to use and then I realised when I got home that the quality was horrible. Such a heartbreaking moment for a videographer LOL so I put off making this for ages. I then realised theres nothing I can do about it so I just got to work and had to make do with what I had.

I wanted to capture the pure beauty of PNG. So much people have bad thoughts and opinions about this place but I can honestly say I loved EVERY single minute of my trip here and I never once felt unsafe. Alot of people were worried for me when I told them I was going here so I just wanted to film everything and show them all of the good parts to prove them wrong. I hate how people judge a place when they haven't even been there. Bad things happen all over the world you just have to have common sense and a good head on your shoulders and not get involved with that scene.

I was lucky enough to experience a Bride Price while I was over there! (google for more info) As well as getting away from the city and staying in small villages.

To Ezra and his family - thank you so much for showing me around your home and looking after me. I had an amazing time experiencing the real PNG. Simple life is where it's at.
